Who is who…?! – New team members at Brain Products

Having a qualified, reliable and committed team is a key factor for staying successful as a company. Just like continuously successful sports teams are proud of their “new signings”, we are proud of ours and would like to briefly introduce our newest team members to you.
Sales: Eduardo Bellomo, M.Sc.
In February 2019 Eduardo Bellomo, M.Sc. joined our Sales team as a Scientific Consultant. He is close to completing his PhD in Motor Control and Sport Psychophysiology at the School of Sport, Health, and Exercise Sciences of Bangor University, United Kingdom. His doctoral research sought to identify the EEG correlates of explicit versus implicit movement monitoring during skill practice and performance under competitive and evaluative pressure. Before starting at Brain Products (and concurrent to his PhD), Eduardo was also involved in two major external projects. He worked as a research officer on a feasibility study for neurofeedback in Parkinson’s patients (Enact-PD), which was sponsored by the NHS Health Research Authority, and as an EEG consultant on a project sponsored by the AXA Research Fund looking at hazard detection while driving.

Marketing: Sheridon Sauer
Sheridon Sauer has joined the Marketing team as Online Marketing Specialist in April 2019. She is a biologist by training who quickly discovered her passion for marketing through many years of professional experience in the life sciences software field. She can now look back on more than 15 years of experience in marketing & communications and technical documentation. Over the years, Sheridon has gained a lot of professional knowledge through diverse further education courses. Most recently, she completed the “Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing” in Dublin and is thus well prepared for the new challenge.

Subsidiary Management & Business Development: Prudhvee Padmaraju, M.B.A.
Prudhvee Padmaraju, M.B.A. is a successful graduate of a master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. He gained his first professional experience at Microsoft Germany and Klüber Lubrication SE. His tasks were varied and diverse. Prudhvee’s strengths lie in market research and data analysis, with which he has been supporting the Brain Products team as Junior Business Analyst since April 2019.

R&D - Software Development: Alfred Handke, Dipl.-Ing. (FH)
Our R&D team (BrainVision Recorder division) has been strengthened by Alfred Handke, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) for about 4 months now. He has extensive experience in software development in C++. As a software developer, Alfred was involved in several research projects at the Technische Hochschule Ulm (THU) and the Steinbeis-Transferzentrum für Medizintechnik at the Hochschule Ulm. We will certainly benefit from his experience and know-how.
