Brain Products successfully finishes EU funded project and strengthens its position in the MoBI market

Last year we won a pilot grant from the EU: the H2020 SME Innovation Associate. With this grant we were able to employ Dr. Christina Lavallée, a highly-skilled researcher from Canada. Christina helped us explore the growing and promising market of mobile wearable EEG devices – the MoBI market.

New R&D Project: neurophysiological research applications in Mobile Brain/Body Imaging (MoBI)

As a company providing neurophysiological solutions to researchers, Brain Products must always remain on the cutting edge of science and innovation. In the past, Brain Products has been successful in obtaining funding from federal agencies for various R&D projects. A new pilot action under the EU Research and Innovation Framework Programme “Horizon 2020” supports European small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) to recruit post-doctoral research associates from other countries to explore an innovative business idea. Under this action, Brain Products was granted funding and support for the “MoBI” project.

New R&D project: AMoRSA – Adaptive and highly motivating platform for the rehabilitation of patients with arm palsy following a stroke

Following various innovative projects funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) in previous years, together with leading researchers Brain Products was successful in gaining funding for a couple of more projects. Here, we proudly introduce one of them in more detail: AMoRSA.
