– Feedback from our customer survey

by Dr. Christina Florence Lavallée
Team Leader of Subsidiary Management & Business Development (Brain Products)

In order to compensate for all of the contact, fun chats and deep talks about our products and your neuroscientific needs we missed out on since the pandemic, we introduced a survey as our way of keeping in touch with you virtually until we can all meet again. We were pleasantly surprised with the large number of responses, as well as the high-quality feedback we received about our products and services.

First of all, we would like to thank everyone who took the time to respond to the survey and shared their opinions with us. Three lucky individuals won gift vouchers as a token of our thanks for participating in the survey.

We truly appreciate your perspectives as they help us to continue providing high quality products and top-notch services for neurophysiology researchers over a wide variety of application fields.

Most of all, we are happy to see that we meet your expectations for many important aspects, such as ongoing development, providing cutting edge products, customizations, and giving expert advice and consultations.

According to your responses, the flexibility and scalability of our devices, as well as technical specifications and features are what sets us apart from the rest.

Distribution of answers (in %) on how much we meet our users’ expectations overall.

Of course, not all feedback was so positive and we are grateful to hear your honest opinions and constructive criticism. We already got back to some of your individual cases and will continue to do so. In general, these reports help us improve in the future, as your feedback is carefully evaluated when we are making decisions about future revisions, releases or updates of our products.

Thank you to all once again for participating in our survey, as well as for choosing us as your partner for hardware and software solutions for neurophysiology research.
