News in brief

In recent months we have released a series of short tutorial videos to visualize specific support topics:

• How to insert and remove an electrode in our binder connectors – do not twist them!
• How to insert a new sponge into your R-Net – pinch the R-Net sponge between the lid and the housing!
• How to replace an electrode in an R-Net or BrainCap (non-MR) – you can repair electrodes locally and do not necessarily need to send your cap to us for repair!

While we also provide written descriptions in our user manuals, operating instructions and repair guidelines, it is often helpful to see some procedures in action rather than read about them in text. So we invite you to watch these videos on our YouTube channel if you need a short refresher, and as always, contact us if you need more detailed support!
