Strategic Product Manager (Brain Products)

Submission for the MoBI award, rewarding excellence in research within the field of Mobile Brain/Body Imaging, is now open. Submit your paper for your chance to win one of three LiveAmp packages (incl. amplifier, electrode cap and recording software). Winners will be presented at the 4th International Mobile Brain/Body Imaging conference in San Diego.

After a successful 2nd edition of the MoBI Award in 2018, we opened submissions on December 2nd for the third biennial edition. You may now submit your publication from the field of MoBI until February 29th, 2020 to compete for the award.

Submit your Mobile Brain/Body Imaging publication and win the Brain Products MoBI Award 2020!With the MoBI Award, Brain Products recognizes outstanding research from the rapidly growing field of Mobile Brain/Body Imaging (MoBI), which aims at bringing EEG out of the lab and into the real world.

Through technological advances, such as those provided by the Brain Products’ LiveAmp series, researchers are now able to record EEG in realistic environments and are no longer bound to recording data in traditional laboratories. Mobile EEG systems allow participants to move and freely behave in a more natural way. By overcoming movement restrictions, research carried out in the MoBI field can provide new insights into human brain functions underlying active behaviour.

We will announce and award the winners of the 2020 MoBI Award during the 4th International MoBI conference, which will be held on June 7th to 10th in San Diego, USA (link to website, if available). We are already looking forward to this exciting conference, where researchers from the MoBI field and related research areas will come together to discuss their scientific discoveries and the challenges they face in this evolving field.

As in previous years, we have curated an expert panel of renowned researchers in the field to comprise the jury. The jury members will judge the submitted proposals and select the winners. The winners of the Brain Products MoBI Award 2020 will be awarded with LiveAmp systems. The 1st prize is a complete 32 channel LiveAmp system with electrode cap and recording software. The 2nd prize is a 16 channel LiveAmp package and the 3rd prize is an 8 channel LiveAmp package. The LiveAmp system is the optimal EEG for investigating cognition and neurophysiology outside the lab.
